And the answer is

The other night I wrote about The Heart Attack grill and hinted at something unusual about the cover of the book they're pushing on their website. Both of my readers commented though only Guy[^] admitted he couldn't see what was unusual.

Many books have forewords, though not all. This book is unique however in having a 'forward'. Did no one proofread the cover artwork???

Very good! Well spotted. To tell you the truth I didn't even think that the book was real and that you could buy it. I thought that they'd just mocked up a cover of the book as a promo for the site. On further investigation I see that you can buy it.

Most people wouldn't catch that! The guy that owns the place can't spell worth a damn. Everything he does is full of misspellings. (He's as cheap with his advertising as he is with his ingredients.) For example, he just "unvailed" the new formula for his burgers which includes - "chilli" (which is not as good as it used to be). I don't know anyone who owns a copy of the book though.
